1. Booking Confirmation & Reservation

Bookings are accepted via telephone call, WhatsApp inquiry, or through our website travel desk. A booking is considered confirmed once our travel coordinator provides a booking reference or written confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS containing vehicle category, estimated fare, and pickup schedule.

Driver contact number and vehicle license plate details are typically dispatched to the passenger 1 to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.

2. Pricing & Fare Structure

• Fare Inclusions: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, base fare quotes include vehicle rental, chauffeur services, and standard fuel for the agreed route/distance.
• Toll & State Taxes: Toll charges (NHAI / State Highways), airport parking charges, and inter-state permits (if entering Uttar Pradesh or Nepal border) are payable by the customer as per actual receipts.
• Outstation Kilometer Calculation: For round-trip outstation bookings, billing is computed on garage-to-garage round-trip basis subject to minimum daily kilometer coverage (typically 250 KM to 300 KM per calendar day depending on vehicle category).
• Night Driving Allowance: Trips operating between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur a standard driver night allowance of ₹250 to ₹350 per night.
• Waiting Charges: For airport pickups, standard complimentary waiting time is 45 minutes from flight arrival. Additional waiting time for local or customized stops is billed at nominal hourly rates communicated during booking.

3. Payment Terms & Modes

Payments can be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, or Cash directly to the chauffeur or company bank account.

• Local & One-Way Trips: Full payment is due at the conclusion of the trip upon arrival at the final drop location.
• Multi-Day Outstation & Wedding Rentals: A partial advance deposit (typically 20% to 30%) is required at confirmation, with daily running expenses and balance settled during or at trip conclusion.

4. Passenger Baggage & Vehicle Capacity

• Passenger capacity (4 persons for Sedans, 6-7 persons for SUVs, 12-26 persons for Tempo Travellers) must adhere strictly to vehicle registration limits in accordance with Regional Transport Office (RTO) safety regulations.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, cash, electronics, and luggage. Rudra Cab is not responsible for forgotten or damaged personal items, although our drivers will make every reasonable effort to return accidentally left behind property.
• Transportation of hazardous, flammable, or illegal contraband substances prohibited under Indian Law is strictly forbidden.

5. Vehicle Breakdown & Replacement

While all our vehicles undergo rigorous mechanical maintenance, in the rare event of a mechanical breakdown or puncture on highway routes, Rudra Cab will promptly arrange an alternative replacement vehicle or assist with immediate transfer to keep passenger inconvenience to a minimum.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rudra Cab shall not be held liable for flight delays, train missed connections, or schedule disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including unforeseen severe weather, highway road blockades, VIP convoy halts, natural disasters, or severe flood diversions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bihar and the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from rental services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pashchim Champaran / Bettiah, Bihar.
